湖南工業設計協會簡介

    湖南省工業設計協會是由我省從事工業設計行業的企事業單位、社會團體和工業設計工作者，以及支持和熱心工業設計事業的有關部門、企業家和活動家，自愿聯合組成的全省性的行業性、學術性社會團體，是非營利性的社會組織?，F有常務理事單位30 多家，團體及個人會員180 多人。

    協會業務主管單位為湖南省科技廳。本協會的宗旨是：團結、聯合湖南省設計行業及相關行業的企事業單位、社會團體和從事、支持工業設計工作的各界人士，堅持民主辦會原則，以經濟建設和社會發展為中心，推動湖南省工業設計事業的發展，實現設計的產業化，提高企業及其產品的市場競爭力，促進我省的經濟發展和社會進步。

    協會致力于提高湖南省工業設計創新能力。通過組織省內外、國內外設計交流，開展多種形式的設計活動，進行本行業的教育和培訓，有效整合設計資源，加強產學研的交流與合作，鼓勵企業建立產學研合作機制，促進形成以企業為主體、市場為導向、產學研相結合的工業設計創新體系，推進我省工業設計事業發展。

    Hunan Industrial Design Association (HIDA) is a professional, academic and non-profit organization composed of companies, institutions, social organizations and designers dedicated to industrial design as well as relevant departments, entrepreneurs and social activists that support and care for industrial design in Hunan.

    HIDA membership consists of over 30 standing directors plus some 100 corporate and individual members. Under the administration of Hunan Science and Technology Bureau, the Association is dedicated to boosting industrial design in Hunan, promoting 

industrialization of designs, improving market competitiveness of the corporations and their products, and thus facilitating the social and economic development of Hunan Province. Upholding the principle of democratic management, HIDA aims to achieve its mission through maintaining close contact with its members and focusing on the social and economic development.

    The Association is committed to improve the industrial design innovation capability in Hunan Province through enhancing communication among domestic designers in and out of the province as well as with foreign professionals, carrying out various activities including training and education to realize an effective integration of design resources, and encouraging enterprises to set up a enterprise-centered and marketoriented cooperative mechanism of production, teaching and research.
