Make your event truly memorable with free event photography!

Professional digital event photography can enhance your function by delighting your guests and providing them with a high-quality, lasting reminder of the occasion. I cover a wide range of events, including University Balls, Charity Events, Sporting Events, Presentation Evenings, Corporate Functions, University/School Reunions, Anniversaries, Conferences, Annual Balls and School Proms.

I will set up a mobile studio with a high key white background, at your event and take groups, couples and individual portraits. Your images can be viewed and printed onsite the same day. 48 hours after the event the images can be viewed and purchased from a secure password protected area on my website.

I will arrive at the venue one hour before guests are due to arrive to set up the mobile studio and backdrop. I need an area of at least 12 feet x 14 feet I also need mains electrical power for my equipment. The photos can be supplied in various sizes starting with a 7" x 5" for £10. Other print sizes and photo products, such as canvas wraps and acrylic mounts are available from my website. Free attendance for events with more than 100 people (excludes weddings).

Charities - I will donate a portion of profits from print sales to your charity. The donations can make a real difference to fundraising efforts.

All events are covered by Kieren Welch LMPA a fully qualified member of the Master Photographers Association with more than fifteen years of photographic experience.
